Facility Policy
Kitchen Request
Our kitchen has limited access, if your group or class needs to use the kitchen, please contact Judy Simpson and Charlotte Dahlenburg at 256.883.0907, ext. 133 to schedule on the church calendar.
Guidelines for use:
1. Wash and put away equipment or utensils.
2. Clean and drain dishwasher after using.
3. Bag garbage and place in dumpster outside the kitchen back door.
4. Sweep and mop floors after each use.
5. Clean coffee, tea urns and lemonade dispensers after use.
6. Clean table tops and counters.
7. Place wet or dirty towels and table cloth in the hamper. When the hamper is full, place outside the kitchen back door.
8. Check that all appliances are turned off and turn off the lights.
9. Take all leftovers with you.
10. Adjust thermostat to 74 degree
Requesting The Bus
Guidelines for use:
1. You must be at least 25 to drive the bus.
2. You must be approved on the insurance.
3. The bus is to be returned clean.
4. The bus is to be returned with a full tank of gas.
5. Notify Mike Moss at 256.883.0907, ext 112 of any mechanical issues that need to be addressed.
